Kilt size is different from pant size. For the most accurate fit, measure at the belly button (waist), hips, and the length from the belly button to the middle of the knee.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. However, we do not accept PayPal payments at this time.
How do you handle 12â25 Working Days, 8â16 Working Days, and 4â8 Working Days Shipping?
12â25 Working Days Shipping (Standard):
We usually provide the tracking number within 1â3 working days. At first, tracking may show âlabel created but not yet handed to the courierâ â this is because we send the label and order details to our production team. Once your order is ready, we hand it over to the courier. For this service, tracking usually updates within 12â20 working days, and delivery takes an additional 2â5 working days depending on your location.
8â16 Working Days Shipping (Priority Bulk to USA Warehouse):
We print your label and hand the order to our stitching team immediately. After production, your order is shipped in bulk to our USA warehouse. Tracking may remain on âlabel createdâ until the shipment arrives in the USA (usually 8â12 working days). Once scanned at the warehouse, your tracking updates and the local delivery takes 3â4 working days.
4â8 Working Days Shipping (Express):
This is our priority service for urgent orders. We aim to complete production within 2â3 days and hand over the parcel to the courier immediately. In many cases, we ship the same day. We make every effort to ensure delivery within 4â8 working days.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after itâs been placed?
Yes, you can, but you must let us know within 2 hours after placing the order. We always send a size reconfirmation email after you place your orderâplease just reply to that email and we will make changes accordingly.
If you request a cancellation after 2 hours, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied because your order has already been processed by our production team.

What about if i received the wrong or damage items?
We always take the gurantee that if you will get the damage or does not get the item according to your puchase then we will send you replacements free of cost.
Can you make any other tartan which is not listed?
Sorry to say that we only sell what we listed.
How To Return My Items?
Customers have to return withn 15 days after delivery. We do not currently offer free returns. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package âreturned goodsâ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
