Its very warm, beautiful but wrinkles very easily
The size is correct, the fabric resembles well made cargo shorts. Never tried a kilt before, but now, it's going to be my main outfit for concerts and festivals! I even ordered another one.

Quite happy with this, measurements are true to size though I would probably recommend going 2 clicks "skinnier" since you can make it wider with two columns of snaps, but you can't make it skinnier. Hearty quality with a good flare and the pouches hold a phone and wallet easily.
My measurement at the belly button was 43", and you sent size 43", but while using the last hole in the straps (the tightest possible) on both sides, it is still lose and falls off. My wife altered the straps back over an inch on each side, and it still slides off. We've even added extra holes in the straps on both sides to help tighten it more. I wish that you had sized it to use the straps in the middle holes, which would have allowed a few inches give either way. Also, the belt was so long that I am not able to attach the velcro. I have had to use the belt straps to keep the belt at the correct length.
Good handy work a day kilt.
I use mine for hunting, fishing and just just general wear.

Poor quality with rough seems and frayed edges. Dark Spots all over, not good on pale socks. Very disappointed especially after I got such a good kilt from kilt makers

Over lunch, a bunch of us discovered that we are all descendants of Robert De Bruce! There was a sale, so we ordered 5 of the Spirit of Bruce tartans and wore them to work on the same day.

The kilts are great!
Tartan color was pretty close. Craftsmanship is good. Kilt is a little larger than expected so braces pr kilt belt are key. Side straps should have another eyelet or two in them. Speed and turnaround time are excellent. Flashes were good. Tie quality not as good. Flyplaid was right
This is the second kilt that I've purchased from Kilt Experts. While the quality is excellent and the price is good, they've gotten the color wrong both times. I specifically ordered the 'US Navy' tartan but instead received a 'McFarland Modern Hunting' tartan. Fortunately, I like this tartan and have no problem wearing it.
