There is a saying in manufacturing: "Price, Speed, Quality - Pick Two." This place chose speed and price. If that's what you want, get a kilt here! The weave and color are just off, and the waistline has a band of extra fabric that was much better after I cut 4 inches of it off. It both looks and feels... unfinished. But it's a kilt for cheap and quickly!
