  • USA, UK, Canada, EU, and Australia customers can order with complete confidence — no surprises at checkout or arrival.

Delivery Timelines

We keep our shipping fast and straightforward. Shipping is charged per order, not per item. You can add as many items as you like and pay only once. Orders above $500 ship free worldwide.

USA & Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 12–25 working days

  • Priority Bulk Shipping: 8–16 working days

  • Express Shipping: 4–8 working days

Other Countries (Worldwide)

  • Standard Shipping: 12–20 working days

  • Express Shipping: 4–8 working days

Address Accuracy

Please provide the correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, and errors may result in delays or undeliverable packages.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement.

  • If you cancel after 2 hours, a 25% cancellation fee will apply as your order will already be in production.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Please contact us first to obtain the correct return address, as we operate warehouses in multiple countries.
