I was so pleased that I proudly posted a review (to someone's inquiry) on a large Facebook Kilted life Group.
I have recently purchased from Kilt Expert (a couple of times). I have been very happy with my purchases. I have other formal handmade kilts. I use these kilts as my "weekend Country Wear" and "Festival" kilts and outfits. I have two kilts (one 5-yard and one 8-yard), three vests and an tartan argyle jacket. All are constructed very well. The tartan fabric is rich in color and sturdy in construction and attention to detail has been paid to matching up patterns and colors. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchases. (Pictures below)
I live in rural southeast Texas. The turn around times and shipping fees have been excellent.
The communication has been excellent!
Sidenote: With my last order, I requested some tartan fabric swatches to color match and was sent swatches.
I will be placing an order again in the next week or two.
Kilt Experts is a good and affordable company to start the kilted life.
I have to say I found all the craftsmanship perfect! Initial try on is good, love the real materials! Thank You I am GLAD to have it and will be ordering more you now have ALL of my orders! One thought on my side maybe my hardware did not express the colors I thought there would be more gray where it is green.
I received the full kilt suit set in Just a couple of days. It fits perfectly. Looks very nice. The only knock is that my belt buckle was broken. I contacted customer support and they are sending me a replacement after I sent them pictures. They claim it’s the first time they’ve had a replacement. Overall I’m Very happy with the quality of product and quick service.
I had this made for my son-in-law based on comments he made a year ago. It met and surpassed expectations! He has already worn it on each of the three days since he opened it. I also had you make my grandson a kilt in the same tartan and he too is very proud. I gave them in one present box and it was very exciting to see their faces.
