Stitching (2–3 working days)
Our stitching team makes your custom piece with accurate measurements.
Pack & Consolidate
We pack all orders together to send as one bulk shipment.
Bulk Ship to USA (8–15 working days)
Shipment travels to our USA warehouse (Woodbridge, VA). Tracking may still show “Label Created” until arrival.
Arrives at USA Warehouse
We scan all parcels and hand them to local carriers for final delivery.
Local Delivery to You
NO CUSTOMS OR DUTY TO PAY — your tracking updates at this stage.
Order Placed
We prioritize your make and book an Express courier.
Priority Make
Stitching & QC start immediately for fast dispatch.
Express Courier · DDP
Shipped on DDP (we pay customs & duty). Tracking is live end‑to‑end.
Delivered in 4–8 Working Days
If any customs/duty is ever requested, simply pay and send the receipt — we refund it in full.
